Prepare brown rice according to package instructions.
While rice is cooking, cook ground turkey thoroughly over medium high heat.
When meat is fully cooked, drain excess liquid and add corn and black beans.
After rice is fully cooked, add to meat, beans and corn and mix thoroughly.
Transfer into 5 equal portions (bowls or meal prep containers) and top with pico de gallo and contija cheese (optional)
