I’m taking a break from sharing Nordstrom Anniversary Sale content to share with you this 5 minute garden salsa recipe. I’m still waiting on a few orders to come in and keeping my fingers crossed for restocks so I’ll give you guys an update on the sale later this week. Also, last week I decided to put the blog on hold and deal with some real life issues that popped up.
Last Monday my family was in a car accident and while no one was hurt, it has been emotionally draining. My husband and the girls were all in the car and it happened less than a mile away from home. It was a friendly reminder from the universe to never take anyone or anything for granted!
I did want to share this recipe though because it is so simple and perfect for last minute summer get-togethers. Surprisingly, we’ve had a TON of those so far this summer (ha!). It is super easy to make and is ready in under 5 minutes with minimal cleanup required.
5 Minute Garden Salsa

Empty contents of 1 can crushed tomato into high power blender, pulse until smooth.
Chop cilantro and add to blender with tomatoes. Blend until mixed thoroughly.
