In case I haven’t said it enough, this time of year it is extremely difficult to stay on track with your diet and exercise routine. Does that mean you should just throw in the towel? Absolutely not! Every year it is the same story. This year, instead of resolving to start working out again after the first off the year, resolve to remain as active as possible always. Since gyms are closed and people are traveling I’ve created this calorie killing workout that you can do from home or your hotel.
You can even create a little friendly competition with your family members. Best of all, there is no equipment required so you have no excuses not to try it. I also want to premise by saying, I understand that starting a new workout routine can be pretty intimidating. Trust me, I was in your shoes not long ago. Don’t let the fear of failure stop you. Everyone has to start somewhere. I also understand that everyone is starting from different fitness levels but I assure you this workout is a challenge for beginning and advanced exercisers alike.
