It is officially fall. Pumpkin spice everything and Halloween decorations have been on the shelves for quite some time now but this is the real deal. Although I’m the kind of girl who will wear plaid prints year round, there is something about plaid that just screams “FALL!“. So in case you hadn’t already guessed it, in this month’s 3 Ways to Wear, I’ll be showing you 3 fun and different ways to style your favorite plaid button up.
I have quite a few plaid tops. Probably more than any normal person should own actually. But, my favorites are the classic tartan and buffalo check styles. This plaid button up is pretty long on me. To keep it from looking sloppy, I gave it a partial front tuck to take it from frumpy to chic. You can shop this look here:
This look is perfect for holiday parties, date night or depending on where you work, possibly even the office. You guys know I only wear heels on special occasions but I’ve had this leather mini skirt sitting in my closet for quite some time and never knew how to wear it. *Voila!* If the leather skirt is too edgy for you, try a regular cotton pencil or mini skirt instead. The heel height is of course up to you as well! You can shop this look here:
