A lot has happened since last month’s 3 ways to wear post. I’ve been accepted into the Reward Style network, I’ve begun taking men’s clients at work and it is now officially the holiday season. With that being said, I had an idea to feature his and hers options this month. Having colored bottoms definitely helps to diversify your closet. I’m not into statement colors that will quickly go out of style. I prefer the colored bottoms in my closet to be more timeless colors like olive, grey and white. Today I’m showing you 3 ways to wear your grey jeans.

Look 1: Classic & Casual
This look can be easily worn to the office, running errands or to kids sporting events. A chambray top is a closet essential in any man or woman’s wardrobe. They are easy to dress up or down and lend a timeless look with great versatility. The subtle front tuck helps to make you look more put together. I’m also loving the leopard trend this season. I’ve had these leopard print flats for a few years and I definitely can’t foresee them going out of style anytime soon. You can shop this look here:
Plaid is another versatile classic that I believe every man and woman should own. The jeans could be swapped for grey slacks for work or he could try tucking this shirt in, adding a belt and swapping his sneakers for boots for a dressier look. You can shop his classic casual look here:
Look 2: Casual Date Night
You guys know I love jeans and tees. It’s pretty much my official #momuniform. Since my closet is filled with them, I have to find ways to dress them up or down. This twist front tee is so versatile and it’s only $22. I have it in 5 colors because it’s that awesome. It also comes in a long sleeve option. Throwing on booties and a faux suede jacket makes this look perfect for date night or a night out with the girls. You can shop my complete look here:
My husband hates wearing jackets because he gets hot super easily but, if your guy will wear them, suggest he layer on a light bomber jacket to complete the look. I can’t really blame him though seeing as it’s expected to get back up to 90 degrees this week. Swapping out sneakers for some Chukka boots makes this look perfect for date night. Look 3: Everyday Casual
In case I haven’t told you enough already, I LOVE the bell sleeve trend. This shirt is great for any occasion and the sleeves have just the right amount of flare. If you are on the fence about this trend, this is a top I’d definitely recommend because the sleeves are 3/4 length so they are a little easier to manage. These lace up flats are another fun trend that dress up the look yet make it great for your everyday life. You can shop this look here:
Jeans, a tee and sneakers are basically all a guy needs for his everyday casual wear. I like to tease my husband for having about 25 of the same t shirt in every color under the sun. In reality though, mens fashion is much simpler than women’s. When a man finds something he loves, he likes to stick with what works. Adding a dressier sneaker can elevate his look.
