Can I just tell you all how much I’m loving the overalls trend right now? I was born in the mid 80’s so I’m absolutely loving all of these 90’s trends that are back in style. I basically lived in overalls in junior high. A few months ago I wrote about my love of overalls so today I’ll be showing you 3 ways you can style them.
I’m all about getting a great deal on fashion but more importantly getting the most bang for my buck. It doesn’t matter how cheap an item was if you never wear it. Sometimes you have to think more about your cost per wear and how long the item will actually last you when deciding to make a purchase. Price is also important but it isn’t the only thing that matters. This is where the 3 Ways to Wear series began.
Look 1: Casual Fall Outfit
This look is perfect for our mild climate here in Southern California. The sneakers give it a casual chic vibe and the black striped shirt gives it just a hint of edginess. This outfit should be pretty easy for most of you to duplicate with items already in your closet as well! This look is great for everything from running errands and park playdates.

Look #2: Casual Spring Outfit
If you’ve been following me for any amount of time you’ll know 2 things: 1. I’m obsessed with knotted tees and 2. I absolutely love these espadrilles and wear them all the time. They are seriously the best and they always sell out so fast but they’re so comfy and go with everything. This outfit is a little dressier than the first but is still pretty casual. It would also be great for shopping and grabbing lunch with some girl friends.

Look #3: Cozy Winter Outfit
On chillier days you can also layer on your favorite chunky cardigan and pair it with your overalls. In cooler climates you could add a beanie and swap the sneakers for booties. This look is perfect for transitional weather and the cardigan adds another element of interest to it.
